CloudScaler Technologies BV ("CloudScaler", "we", "us"), Parktoren Van Heuven Goedhartlaan 13D, 1181 LE Amstelveen, Netherlands (KvK: 91388651, VAT: NL865639802B01), is the data controller for personal data processed through this website, www.cloudscaler.ai.

What data we collect

  • Contact form: first name, last name, work email, company (optional), area of interest, and your message.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request logs as necessary to serve and secure the website.

Why we process it (legal basis)

  • To respond to your enquiry (legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures, GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
  • To keep the website secure and available (legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

Processors and transfers

We use the following processors to operate this website:

  • Microsoft Azure (hosting) — serves the website and processes IP addresses and request logs. Hosted in the European Union.
  • Resend (transactional email) — delivers contact form submissions to info@cloudscaler.eu. Resend is established in the United States; transfers are made on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection) — verifies that contact form submissions come from a person and not an automated script. It processes your IP address and browser characteristics for that purpose only.

We do not sell personal data, and we share it only with the providers above, each under a data processing agreement.

Retention

Enquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us at info@cloudscaler.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

This website does not set non-essential cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
